- Health insurance and relationship number
These are collected to be able to contact you, to send an invoice or to be able to optimally carry out our services.
How long we keep personal data
ZenKracht stores the aforementioned data necessary to reach you during the time that you use our services.
2 years after the last contact this data will be deleted.
Sharing personal data with third parties
No personal data are shared with third parties. Exceptions to this are invoices for the services provided by us.
These are shared with our accountant for processing. We have the privacy statement from the associated accountant company.
View, modify or delete personal data
You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. You also have the right to withdraw your consent to the data processing or to object to the processing of your personal data by ZenKracht and you have the right to data portability. This means that you can submit a request to us to send the personal data that we have available to you or another organization mentioned by you in a computer file.
You can send a request for access, correction, deletion or transfer of your personal data or request for cancellation of your consent or objection to the processing of your personal data to marika@zenkracht.nu.
To ensure that the request for access has been made by you, we ask you to send a copy of your ID with the request. Make your passport photo, the MRZ (machine readable zone, the strip with numbers at the bottom of the passport), the passport number and the Citizen Service Number (BSN) black in this copy. This is to protect your privacy. We respond as quickly as possible, but within a maximum of four weeks.
ZenKracht also wants to point out that you have the opportunity to submit a complaint to the national supervisory authority, the Dutch Data Protection Authority. This can be done via the following link: Tip the Dutch Personal Data Authority
How we protect personal data
ZenKracht takes the protection of your data seriously and takes appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification.
